While i believe the original teeth-in-an-hour concept was DOA (dead on arrival), the concepts of immediate loading of dental implants with interim restorations and the NobelGuide have all proven to be very helpful. I recommend the NobelGuide as the easiest way to start your way into guided planning of implantology.

Attachment International makes implant parts for many different implant companies, at a lower cost. While some companies make "clone" parts with lower quality of fit - this does not seem to be the case with these parts. I have had great results using these parts for various systems.

the bredent SKG-SG attachment is my preferred attachment for Implant Overdenture Restorations. With the correct milling techniques, these attachments offer well documented long term success with very easy follow-up and adjustment. The clips come in TEN different retention levels. This offers me great control on the final restoration over the years of service. Replacing the clips is very easy.
